Our preserved flowers are 100% real flowers that have gone through preservation process which will allow it to last from months to years with minimal care. 

Each arrangements are made only when orders are placed with each and every one of them delicately handcrafted with love. Hence, your actual arrangement will be slightly different from our product image due to the beauty of handmade craft.  Do allow around 1-2 cm +/- differences in dimensions.

There may also be slight colour difference due to different lighting conditions during photo taking of our pieces and phone / camera models.

Additionally, our flowers are subjected to seasonal availability, we will substitute with flowers that are of the same or more value. We will make sure that the end product will look beautiful still. :D

Deliveries are complimentary for orders above $48. For orders below $48, delivery will be chargeable at $15. Peak season (such as CNY, Valentine's Day, Mothers' Day) delivery charges would be subjected to seasonal changes.

Our complimentary deliveries are made anytime between 9am - 9pm base on our delivery personnels' delivery routes with no timing selections. 

Self-Collections

Self-collections are available at Moon Fleur Studio - 33 Ubi Avenue 3 #08-08 Vertex Tower B Singapore 408868

Collections are on appointment basis, do make an appointment with us via WhatsApp at +65 8613 2193 in advance.

Specific Delivery Time-slots

If you require the flowers be delivered at a specific time-slot between 9am - 9pm, an additional $15 will be required and subjected to availability. 

Events Set-up & Deliveries

Products that require on-site set-up would require at least 5 days in advance for us to prepare your order. Upon purchase, we strive to contact you within 1-3 working days for clarifications with your order.

All our bouquets are wrapped with maximum 4 pieces of 60cm by 60cm sized papers to minimise paper wastage.

Biodegradable Kraft paper bags are used to encompass sustainability as much as possible into our craft.

Additionally, 5% of our proceeds are donated to charity associations to extend the joy that we share at Moon Fleur with those in need. More info can be found on our About Us page.
