Thank you for engaging our service for your important event! Here are our service terms and conditions for your kind note when engaging our services.
Purchase Policy
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless the items are delivered incorrectly or damaged upon receipt. Claims for incorrect or damaged products must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Provision of photographic evidence for verification is necessary. Once the claim is verified, we will provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include returning of product or arranging a replacement delivery.
This policy does not cover minor imperfections or variations in colour, shape or texture that are characteristic of natural products. We do not accept claims for products that have been improperly handled, stored or cared for by the recipient.
Rental Policy
Full payment for the rental of the product is required prior to the rental period. An additional security deposit is required for the rental of products. Rental items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. This includes being free of damage, stains and excessive wear. The security deposit will then be refunded upon Moon Fleur’s verification of products returned in good order within one week after return. If the items are not returned in good condition, the security deposit will be used to cover the cost of repairs or replacement. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you.
Products shall be returned accordingly as stipulated in the invoice provided at the time of booking. Rental periods and fees will be specified at the time of booking. It is the client’s responsibility to adhere to the agreed-upon rental period.
Any damages or loss will incur additional charges, which will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of damages or loss exceeds the security deposit you will be billed the remaining amount, and payment will be due upon receipt of invoice.
Late returns will be subjected to additional charges. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure timely return of rental items. Failure to do so may result in additional fees and potential legal action for the recovery of the items or their value.
Service Policy
Event setup services include delivery, installation and dismantling of decorations. Rental time or period, and fees will be specified at the time of booking.
Full payment for event services is required prior to the event date as specified in the invoice. Any additional service or products requested after the initial booking may incur additional charges and must be agreed upon in writing.
Any changes to the setup must be communicated to Moon Fleur at least 21 days prior to the event date. Requests for changes prior to the event date may incur additional charges, depending on the extent of the changes and subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate last-minute changes, but cannot guarantee fulfilment.
Any damages or loss of rental items will incur additional charges. The cost of repairs or replacements will be billed to the client accordingly. The client is responsible for ensuring that the event location is safe for the installation and dismantling of event setups.
Moon Fleur is not liable for any injuries, accidents or damages that occur due to the condition of the event location or actions of attendees.
Substitution Policy
Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, we cannot guarantee the availability of specific flowers at the time of confirmation of purchase. In the event that certain flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with flowers of similar style, quality and value.
By placing an order or confirming the service with us, you acknowledge and accept that substitutions may occur and agree to accept flowers of similar style, quality and value as replacements. We will strive to ensure that any substitutions do not compromise the overall quality or presentation of your order.
Cancellation & Postponement
Once payment is made, cancellations are not permitted. Payments made for any product or services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In lieu of a postponement, the total amount paid can be converted into credits for future purchases or services with Moon Fleur but only possible if the flowers and / or materials for your project has not been procured. Credits will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. To use the credits, please contact us at hello@moonfleur.sg. Credits can be transferred or sold to third parties. To transfer or sell your credits, please provide us with the new recipients for verification and confirmation of transferred credits.
